I have been using Eric (he's the owner) at Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance to clean our carpets, couches and travertine floors every October, for 5 years now. Yesterday, my 16 month old daughter spilled a container of bright pink colored loose powder eyeshadow on my carpet. I called Eric and they came out today, spent nearly an hour cleaning not only the spot that needed attention, but the entire room (a large media room), our entire upstairs hallway and ALL of our stairs. He charged me: NOTHING. I asked if I could pay him, give them lunch money, something, anything...he wouldn't take it. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job, they're efficient, they clear furniture out of rooms to get the maximum amount of every surface cleaned, they are just all around fantastic. For anyone looking to use a reputable floor and carpet cleaner, who is A+ BBB rated, has employees who have been with him for a decade, call Eric.
