If you are trying to decided who to have come to your home STOP RIGHT HERE---DON'T THINK ABOUT IT JUST CALL Eric!! Four months ago we purchased a house and needed to have the tile and carpet cleaned before we moved in. I looked online for companies in our area. Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance was one of the 3 names we were going to call for an estimate. I reviewed their website and noticed the area for reviews. I read every review carefully and believed that this company truly must have high work standards and excellent customer service skills or else why would so many customers take the time to write a review. I can testify that all the reviews as well as mine are the truth. If you want the whole package (quality work, customer service, and be able to refer) this is the company. This day and time, who knows an owner of the company to come out to each job site and call to confirm the times they will be at your home? We will be calling Eric in the future--no doubt about that!!!!!

Eric is a great man! I hired a different company to come out and clean my spanish tiles and felt that they did a bad job because there was a white residue all over my kitchen floor after it dried. I was so scared that they had ruined my floors. They said they would charge me an extra $150 to come out in two days and mop up the residue with a special solution. For some reason I just didn't believe them. I did some research and found Leo' Holland. I saw that they had a great review from Angie's list so I gave them a call. Eric talked to me, explained why the residue appeared and gave me a simple solution to do myself. He took a few minutes out of his sunday to talk to me over the phone and he didn't charge me or try to convince me to purchase a service from him. Really a great guy. Helped me out a lot! Thanks Eric!
